Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026

These terms govern your use of the TestoTrack website, iOS app, and related services (together, “the Service”). By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

The most important term: TestoTrack is a wellness and tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing it shows you is a substitute for a qualified healthcare provider.

What the Service is

TestoTrack lets you record testosterone lab results you obtained elsewhere, view them as a trend over time against published reference ranges, and ask an AI health coach questions about your own data. The coach draws on peer-reviewed research and the numbers you have logged.

What the Service is not

  • It is not a medical device, and it has not been evaluated or cleared by the FDA or any comparable regulator.
  • It does not perform testing. You obtain lab results from a licensed laboratory or testing service; TestoTrack only records what you enter.
  • It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the AI coach is not a physician. It will not prescribe, and it should never be treated as clinical judgment.
  • It is not an emergency service. If this is an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Medical decisions are yours and your doctor's

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before acting on anything you see in TestoTrack, and especially before starting, stopping, or changing any medication or hormone therapy. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something the Service showed you. Reference ranges vary by laboratory and by assay; a value inside or outside a range is not by itself a diagnosis.

Accuracy and limits

The trend you see is only as good as the data you enter — enter results accurately and under consistent conditions. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or wrong, and research evolves. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using it.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You may not share an account, or enter another person's health data without their permission.
  • You may not misuse the Service — no reverse engineering, no scraping, no attempts to access other users' data, no reselling access.

Your data

You retain ownership of the health data you enter. You can export it or delete it at any time. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

TestoTrack is under active development. Features may change, and access during early access or beta periods may be limited or interrupted. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing the Service, and an opportunity to export your data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TestoTrack is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will be updated.
